Welcome to Origin Water Solutions. By purchasing, installing, or using our whole home water filtration systems, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

Company: Origin Water Solutions, referred to as "we," "our," or "us."

Customer: The purchaser of the water filtration system, referred to as "you" or "your."

Product: Whole home water filtration systems sold by Origin Water Solutions.

Installation Location: The property where the Product is installed, typically near the water meter.

2. Product Purchase & Installation
2.1 Product Description
Our water filtration systems are designed for whole-home use and are installed at or near your water meter. The system helps remove impurities from the water supply but does not guarantee 100% elimination of all contaminants.
2.2 Installation & Responsibility

Installation will be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing regulations.

We as a company are not fully responsible for any installation errors or damages caused by improper installation, as this will come down to the plumbers.

Any modifications to the system void the warranty.
2.3 Water Quality & Performance

The effectiveness of the Product depends on the water quality at the Installation Location.

We recommend periodic maintenance and filter replacements.
-
We are not responsible for changes in water quality due to external factors (e.g., municipal water supply issues, environmental changes, or plumbing conditions).

3. Warranty & Liability
3.1 1-Year Limited Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all Products, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
3.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Improper use of the Product.

Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
3.3 Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim:

Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

If the claim is valid, we will repair or replace the defective Product at our discretion.
3.4 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, uninstalled and unopened Products.

A restocking fee may apply.
4.2 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed upon inspection of the returned Product.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to a defective Product.
